Britney Doesn't Want Sam Around

Britney Spears' attorney says Daddy Spears won't seek an extension on the restraining order against Sam Lufti. "Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lufti, now or at anytime in the future" Brit's attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III, said to the Associated Press. Sam Lufti released a statement to AP wed night, "Mr. Lufti and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time." Brit attorney also said, "If Mr. Lufti makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded, Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action." Lawyers for Jamie and Britney are expected in court Thursday to discuss the conservatorship.
Update:
The restraining order on Sam wasn't extended and Daddy Spears is still in charge until December 31, 2008. Brit wasn't to happy but its for the best.
