Adele Writes For The Pussycat Dolls

British soul singer Adele has revealed that she has written a song for the Pussycat Dolls.

“I wrote one song I wanted to get to the Pussycat Dolls. But I don’t know how to get it to them,” the “Chasing Pavements” singer-songwriter told Denver’s Westword newspaper. “I think it’ll need bikinis in the video, and I don’t want to wear a bikini in a video.”

The Grammy nominee also disclosed that she is a fan of Beyoncé and used to mimic the “If I Were a Boy” hitmaker before finding her own sound. “I used to try to sound like Beyoncé and I’d sing Destiny’s Child songs all the time.”

Although you probably won’t see her in a bikini anytime soon, Adele will appear at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards where she is nominated in four categories including Record of the Year and Best New Artist. The show airs live on February 8 from Los Angeles.
