It's no secret Justin Timberlake loves to golf, now the singer/songwriter owns his own golf course. JT's new eco-friendly golf course, Mirimichi, is located just north of Downtown Memphis. The "SexyBack" singer and his family purchased the property in 2007 to save it from being turned into a residential development.
The golf course's name is reportedly Native American for "place of happy retreat." JT said, "I think this is probably the coolest thing I've ever been a part of in my life." I heard he invested about $16 million into the course and is intended to be friendly for wildlife and native plants and of course for the golfers as well.
Go Justin for having such a "go green" attitude.
