Andrew McMahon of the band Jack's Mannequin is releasing a documentary called Dear Jack. Dear Jack follows Andrew as he battles Lukemia along with recording Jack's Mannequin's album. To celebrate the release of Dear Jack I'm giving away a poster, Dear Jack DVD, and Swim Art Book. The Swim Art Book includes artwork created by friends and fans of Jack's Mannequin that became a prominent part of the "Swim" music video will be released on November 3rd.
