Martie Maguire (pictured far right) of the Dixie Chicks gave birth to a girl, Harper Rosie Maguire, on Friday in Austin, Texas. This is Martie's 3rd child she has twin girls Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie who were born in 2004.
