Dolly Parton was in New York Tuesday, to announce that the musical 9 to 5 will open on Broadway at the Marriot Marquis Theater on April 23. The show will feature 20 songs written and composted by Dolly and will be directed by Joe Mantello. The show will run a seven week pre-Broadway run in Los Angeles starting September at the Ahmanson Theater. The show will be based on the 1980 film starring Dolly, Jane Fonda, Lil Tomlin and Dabney Coleman.Photo: HollywoodYesterday
