The late Godfather of Soul, James Brown's taxes and bills still needs to be paid for, many items of the singer's were auctioned off. The medical bracelet Brown was wearing when he died sold for $32,500 on Thursday at a Christie's auction. The winning bidder was Paul Shaffer, sidekick and band leader of The Late Show With David Letterman. A full length black satin cape went for $47,500, a set of red leather furniture sold for $40,000 and many other personal items. A total of 317 personal items were auctioned off.
