A 70 million deal is in the works with Live Nation who promotes concerts. This is not the first, the Columbian singer will be just another name added to list along with Jay-Z, Madonna and U2. The deal isn't final but within weeks we should be hearing the result. If a deal is made, Shakira must agree to terms of recording, touring, merchandising and etc. We should be expecting another English album release from Shakira around Spring 2009.Source
