Britney visited Miami's Children's Hospital for a surprise visit with 40 sick children.
Pediatric radiologist Ricardo Restrepo and Lee Schrager, Director of Media for Southern Wine and Spirits America, thought Britney would be an ideal visitor to the hospital since her Circus-themed tour ties in with the hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, which features medically-trained clowns who visit the kids. Brit also donated $100,000 to the hospital.
