“It makes me so sad,” Oprah said on Friday’s live edition of her popular talk show. “Love doesn’t hurt. If a man hits you once, he will hit you again,” she warned.
Her advice for the recently reunited couple? “If I were your friend, I would call you up and say give it some time. Get yourself some counseling.”
Oprah has dedicated a show to “the Rihannas of the world.” The episode, entitled “Dating Violence,” will air Thursday, March 12.
