While RiRi was dancin' it up on stage with N.E.R.D., Chris Brown was spotted with Girlicious singer Natalie Mejia. The two were leaving the tattoo parlor on Sunset Blvd. on Saturday. Rumors are stirring Natalie may be his new girl. I don't buy it.
