Allstar Weekend's Debut Album Coming Next Month

Allstar Weekend’s current single, “A Different Side of Me,” has already sold nearly 100,000 tracks and is # 1 on Radio Disney. The band recently completed a Verizon-sponsored mall tour and have done shows with Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Forever the Sickest Kids and Emily Osment. They also performed at this year’s Bamboozle Festival, and will announce more summer tour dates shortly.

A Wal-Mart Soundcheck in-store and online campaign will begin June 15, and run through mid- July. Billboard Magazine features Allstar Weekend in their current issue, with the headline “The Next Big Thing.” The band is currently hosting a Karaoke Contest on their Facebook page with a new song every two weeks. This week and next call their SayNow number at 858-768-0650 and sing along to "A Different Side of Me." Two winners with the best renditions of the song will get a personal call from the boys, along with their rendition posted on Allstar Weekend's Facebook.

Allstar Weekend's debut album Suddenly will be available on June 22.

Allstar Weekend's Tribute To Fans

To thank some of their most loyal fans, the boys of Allstar Weekend have just posted a great new video of a fan meet-and-greet from a recent stop on the Verizon Experience the Magic Tour, which wraps up in Texas on April 11th. Check out the clip (along with a special birthday wish to Cameron) now on BOPandTigerBeat.com, and don’t miss their latest comedic webisode, “Los Detectivos,” on the Allstar Weekend YouTube channel. They remind me so much of Yellowcard, a younger version of them. Their debut album will be released on June 22nd.
For more Allstar Weekend, the second episode from RadioDisney's Making It Big spotlight is now live. The program follows the band as they get a record deal and record their debut album, which is set to hit stores on June 22nd. Fans can catch the episodes on the Disney channel or on RadioDisney.com.
