Solange was in New York City on Tuesday to promote safe sex. Solange teamed up with The Body Shop and MTV Networks for the "Say Yes to Safe Sex" event.
“This is a very scary topic. It could happen to ANY of us. 3000 young people under 25 are infected with HIV daily!” she wrote on her Twitter page. “It MUST be talked about!”
