Britney & Kevin Settle Custody

According to Eonline, Kevin will get sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James and Brit will have visitation rights. The court still needs to approve, both parties are due in court Friday morning. The case was set to go to trial next month but everyone is hoping they can settle beforehand. Kevin's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, "Kevin was not out to get custody. Kevin's goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent. He said I need to have Britney to be involved in the coparenting of the kids but I need there to be structure."

50 Cents Son Is His Motivation

50 Cent hasn't been able to see his son since the "suspicious" fire that destroyed his home. 50 says his 11 year old son, Marquis, is his motivation and told MTV.com in an interview, "I'd like to be able to just see my baby."

50 has had limited contact with his son while ex girlfriend Shaniqua Thompkins (Marquis' mother) battles the rapper over custody following the fire that destroyed the home Marquis and Shaniqua lived in.

That's totally messed up. 50 should be able to see his son.
