Shakira Covers Rolling Stone Magazine

Shakira is on the latest cover of Rolling Stone magazine. The 32 year old singer spoke about motherhood and pressure of being a woman.

“You know, women have to make enormous efforts through life, much larger than men,” Shakira said. “We deal with so many pressures: the pressure of aesthetics, and how society wants us to deliver our performances as mothers, daughters and wives.”

Shakira isn't a mother yet, but is ready to focus on starting her family: “My body feels like it is asking to reproduce, to have a huge belly and carry babies.” It's been kept so hush hush many people may be surprised to know the "She Wolf" singer has been in a relationship with investment banker Antonio de la Rua for the past nine years.

Lady GaGa Covered In Bubbles For Rolling Stone

Lady GaGa covers Rolling Stone magazine in nothing but bubbles. The star said she nearly cried when she was asked to be on the cover of the magazine.

GaGa also said, “I don’t feel like I look like the other perfect little pop singers,” she tells Rolling Stone. “I think I’m changing what people think is sexy.”

Weezy Covers Rolling Stone

Lil Wayne spent years campaigning to be the "best rapper alive," dropping the reference endlessly throughout his recordings and freestyle rhymes. Now, as he puts the final touches on his rock debut, Rebirth, due in June, the Cash Money lyricist is wailing a different tune.

"Honestly? I don't want to be the best rapper in the world," Wayne told Rolling Stone in an upcoming cover story arriving on newsstands Friday. "If I have a rap album I'm dropping, then I want it to be the best rap album. But I want to be the best. Period. Now. My favorite rapper hasn't done what I'm doing."

A year after her very public meltdown, Britney Spears is back to work and out of trouble. But what has the comeback cost her? Rolling Stone has Britney’s full story in the issue of Rolling Stone that hits newsstands this week. “I feel like an old person now,” Spears tells RS’s Jenny Eliscu. “I do! I go to bed at, like, 9:30 every night, and I don’t go out or anything, you know what I mean? I just feel like an old fart.” Spears says she’s considering lopping off the weave she’s worn since shaving her head in 2007, and counts up her tattoos (they now number seven), giggling.

The Jonas Brothers are featured on Rolling Stone's new cover (which hits stands July 25). The article reveals how much the boys are different, besides their age differences. In the interview:

Despite their closeness, the Jonases aren't exactly alike. Kevin, the oldest, is the extrovert, chatting up bus drivers and security guards, crouching on his knees to greet little kids at shows. Middle child Joe, who resembles a prettier version of the actor Peter Gallagher, is the quieter Jonas, with a wild alter ego revealed onstage, where he swivels his hips and twirls a mike stand like a lightsaber. "I'm really inspired by Mick Jagger and Freddie Mercury — the big frontmen," he says. "I heard Jagger does an hour on a treadmill before every show." Nick, by contrast, is the Jonas Brothers' boss — the spokesman, the best musician, the chief songwriter. It might seem odd for Joe and Kevin to take their lead from their kid brother, but the Jonases don't see it that way. "Nicholas has always been older than he was," their father tells me. Despite his heartthrob status, Nick has more Eddie Vedder in him than he does Shaun Cassidy.
