"Alice" is off the Almost Alice soundtrack for the Alice in Wonderland movie. Other artists on the album include 3OH!3, All-American Rejects, Franz Ferdinand and All Time Low.

Avril Lavigne's new single, “Alice”, premiered this week. It's from the Almost Alice Soundtrack from the upcoming Tim Burton movie, Alice in Wonderland. Almost Alice will be available everywhere on March 2nd, 2010.

Avril Lavigne Wants A Divorce

Avril Lavigne has filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley. She cites "irreconcilable differences." According to the docs, Avril says they separated on Sept. 4th and were married 3 years and 1 month.

Avril is not asking for spousal support -- probably because she's the breadwinner -- and she also checked the box in the docs saying she doesn't want to have to pay Deryck any money.

Avril Doesn't Just Design Clothes...

Avril Lavigne made an announcement on her website of her latest project:

Hi everyone!
I'm traveling to London next week where I'm about to announce my latest project .......... my very first fragrance! :)
I'm really excited and can't wait to share it with you. It will be available across Europe this summer, and soon in the US and Canada.
It has been a pretty cool experience. It's so me in a bottle....hahaha! I love the packaging. I wanted to let you guys know the name first ... so.....(drum roll please).......hahah..... The name is "Black Star"!
And I can't wait to share it with you! More to come very soon...

Rocking a beehive hairdo, black fishnet stockings and three-inch pink heels, Avril Lavgine debuted her new look while filming a photo-shoot for her new new juniors clothing line inside Johnny Depp’s Viper Room nightclub in West Hollywood on Monday (January 26).

The crew members presented her with a pink, heart-shaped box of chocolates, the Canadian punkstress flashed a huge grin and shook their hands in appreciation.

Avril Dislikes Her Teeth

Star Magazine reports, Avril Lavigne “dislikes her sharp, vampire like front teeth so much that she’s getting them rounded off. She is planning on having them filed down by a cosmetic dentist. It’s just something she has always been insecure about, especially since everyone is staring at her mouth when she sings. As soon as Avril finds some time to take off so it won't interfere with her singing, she’s getting it done!”

Music Fans In The Jersey Shore

Toms River Fest is a two day festival on Saturday, Aug 2 to Sunday, Aug 3 at Toms River North high school. Gates open 2pm and shows should end 10pm. Ticket prices range from $35-75, a limited number of discounted, two-day general admission passes will be available for $60. A $2 charity fee will be added to each ticket for Toms River Schools District Technology Foundation.

They will also have giant inflatables for kids, BMX bike demonstrations, community exhibits, food, various vendors, and fireworks after the show. You can get your tickets at TRFest.com, Ticketmaster, and FYE in Ocean Country mall.

Avril Lavigne To Release Clothing Line

Avril Lavigne is not the first and probably not the last celebrity to start a clothing line.
Avril’s Juniors line Abbey Dawn will launch July at Kohl's. The line is everything Avril would wear, “a lot of hot pinks and blacks and stars and purple and zebra”she says, “Basically everything I wear. It’s rock glam: fun, colorful, young and edgy.” The brand features clothing and jewelry and more products will be released every two months. Prices range from 24-48 dollars. Avril is currently on the Best Damn Tour.
