Danity Kane Reunite For Making The Band Finale
MTV VJ Sway asked the ladies why they broke up, and while not many insightful answers were given, their body language spoke volumes.
At one point, D. Woods switched places with Dawn during the commercial break so she could be closer to Aubrey. “The only one that ever came to ‘Hairspray’ was D. Woods,” said Aubrey, to which Dawn replied, “She’s the only one that went to the show because we had shows and she didn’t show up. We had to go perform.”
“There will never be another Danity Kane unless it’s these girls right here,” said the Bad Boy mogul. Just when we think Diddy will never do this again after 2 failed girl groups, Diddy says, “I am gon’ do a new show looking for a new girl group. Hopefully, they’ll appreciate things and work things out.”
Dawn is working on Diddy’s Last Train to Paris, D. Woods will release a solo album later this year, Aubrey is co-executive producing her own reality show, and Shannon may explore country music.

Danity Kane Is Officially OVER
The first part of the MTV's Making The Band 4's season finale. After the guys of Day 26 were fighting with eachother, Que was set to a time out. Diddy spoke with Aundrea and Dawn, the last two of the group, on what he wanted to do with the group.
The Bad Boy CEO released Aundrea, Aubrey O’Day, D. Woods, and Shannon Bex from their contracts, leaving Dawn as the only remaining member signed to the label.
“You’re a great person, you’re a great girl, but if I did another group, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing a group with you,” Diddy told Aundrea. “I’ve given a lot of thought and I’m gonna let you out your contract too.”
While Aundrea was sent on her way, Dawn was spared “As far as for you Dawn, I still want to make music with you, I still want you to be signed to the label, and if I decide to put back together Danity Kane, then you’ll be the only member that’d still be there.”
“This isn’t a decision I wanted to make,” he told the girls. “To be honest, ya’ll girls made this decision for me.”
Aundrea was filled with emotion saying, “We worked really, really hard to be where we are and for it to end the way that it did, sucks,” she said. “But I can’t be mad. I’ve done the things that I came here to do.” She also said, “I’m connected to them for the rest of my life because of something we accomplished together. Danity Kane will always be D, Aubrey, Shannon, Dawn, and me.”
Dawn has recently started on her own solo things, she is featured on the Vibe Magazine cover. Here is the link to my previous post about her cover story.

Danity Kane Down To Two Members..?
An insider just informed me that Shannon from MTV’s Making The Band “Danity Kane” quit the band. This comes off of the heels of Diddy firing of Aubrey O’day and Dwoods.
You remember Shannon, the nice, quiet, married girl who was a great team player. Well, guess little momma has more balls than all the rest of them! Tired of the drama, cat fights and Diddy, she hands in her microphone and tells Mr. Badboy Worldwide where to stick it!
Now, this does make for a great new season of the “Making The Band.” Stay tuned!
