Nicole Richie and her boyfriend, Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, are engaged! Finally! Nicole announced the good news on Monday (Feb 15) on The Late Show with David Letterman. The two have been dating since 2006 and are parents of two cuties, Harlow, 2, and Sparrow, 5 months.

It's a boy for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden! Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born September 9th in Los Angeles. Sparrow weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz. "Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes," reads a statement on Nicole's website.

Young Music & TV Stars Collide For Op Clothing Ads

Op clothing line (sold exclusively at Walmart stores) debut their beach concert themed Ads. The star studded photos consist of One Tee Hill's Sophia Bush, 90210's AnnaLynne McCord, Solange Knowles, Joel Madden, Brody Jenner, Cody Linley and rapper Bow Wow. The TV and music stars show off Op’s new collections while enjoying a Good Charlotte concert on Westward Beach in Malibu.

“It’s a natural, easy collaboration for Good Charlotte,” says Joel Madden in a press statement. “We don’t get to play a lot of shows on the beach so it’s cool to be here today playing on the beach for Op.”

The ads will debut this month in fashion, lifestyle and entertainment magazines and online at op.com.

Nicole & Joel To Wed?

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have been considering to walk down the aisle before the birth of their second child. In Touch Weekly, is the first to report, claims the pair already started planning to host a wedding and Nicole even is said to have picked up her wedding gown.

"They are old-fashioned in some ways. Now their second baby is coming, they both want to make it legal," a close friend of Nicole and Joel tells the publication. And while there hasn't been record on the wedding date and venue, Nicole reportedly has found the perfect dress for her big day, which is a vintage Yves Saint Laurent gown she's been saving for months. "It's been hanging in the back of her closet. She always planned to wear it on a very special occasion," the friend reveals further.

Asked about report on Nicole and Joel's wedding plan, Nicole's singer father Lionel Richie insists he knows nothing about that, claiming he is never kept up to date with Nicole and Joel's romance. "I'm the first one to pay for it and the last one to know!" Lionel jokingly adds.
The parents of little Harlow are expecting another bundle of joy, Joel announced on the Good Charlotte website Feb 21st.
