Madonna's new baby girl, Mercy Chifundo James, was secretly flown from her home country of Malawi into London early Saturday morning.

Julianne Hough got the lead female role in Paramount's remake of Footloose. The professional dancer and country singer will star opposite Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford.

Kings Of Leon announced they are launching their own record label. The new label is a joint venture with L.A. based music publisher Bug Music.

Julianne Hough Dancing Partner Is Her Boyfriend

Julianne Hough and her beau, country star Chuck Wicks have their eyes on the mirror-ball trophy. The couple are contestants on this season’s Dancing with the Stars and the two time DWTS champ isn’t about to go easy on her sweetie when they hit the dancefloor.
“I might kick him in the butt a little harder than with my other partners!” Hough, 20, tells PEOPLE. “I’m definitely a ‘crack the whip’ type of person.”
It’s a lesson Wicks, 29, has learned quickly. “He was like, ‘Wow, you’re really tough!’” she laughs. “But he says, ‘I don’t want you to treat me any differently than any of your other partners.’”
Though Hough admits she was initially apprehensive about dancing with her boyfriend, the potential ballroom benefits of quickstepping with Wicks ultimately won her over.

“We never get to spend much time together,” says Hough, whose foray into country music just earned her an Academy of Country Music Award nomination for best new female artist. “On the show, we’ll be together 24 hours a day. We’re a really good team off stage, so I think it will be fun.”
And Hough already likes what she sees. “To be honest, he’s actually really good,” she says of their first practice. “He’s never really danced before – well, he told me he does a mean electric slide, but I never saw it!”

Julianne Hough Updates Her Fans

Julianne Hough took a minute to video her fans: “I just wanted to wish you guys a Happy New Year. I am so excited for 2009. With my schedule, hopefully I’ll be able to meet you guys at these upcoming shows that I have going on. Plus, holy cow, I’m touring with George Strait, the king of country music. WoooHooo!”

Julianne even revealed her New Year’s resolution: “Be more in tune with my fans who get me here, get me where I’m at.”

Julianne Hough Wont Return To Dancing Next Season

"I'm not gonna be back next season," Julianne Hough told Ryan Seacrest Thursday. "I really, really want to focus on the music and, ya know, be taken seriously a little bit. And I think it's hard to be on [Dancing] and be singing."

Hough and partner Cody Linley (actor in Hannah Montana) were eliminated from Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday.  Hough also recently released a Christmas album called "Sounds of the Season."

Julianne Hough & Jesse Announce AMA Nominees

Julianne Hough announced the 2008 American Music Award Nominees alongside Jesse McCartney on Tuesday in Beverly Hills.

Dancing Star Turn Country Singer

Brad Paisley recently came to town for a concert (I work at a concert venue) Julianne Hough, the two time winner of Dancing With The Stars, was one of the opening acts for Paisley. Not sure of what to expect from Julianne I was defiantly pleased with her music, she can defiantly hold her own. Houghs debut album became the biggest opening week for a newcomer on the Top County Albums since Kelly Pickler. Her debut single That Song In My Head has done very well.
In my opinion, I was entertained by Julianne and she will do well. You can stream her album at her Official website
