Kelly Clarkson Is Team Taylor!

I'm Team Taylor and so is many celebs who tweeted about Kanye's rude rant. American Idol season 1 winner, Kelly Clarkson posted a blog about the VMA moment.

“Dear Kanye, What happened to you as a child?? Did you not get hugged enough?? Something must have happened to make you this way and I think we’re all just curious as to what would make a grown man go on national television and make a talented artist, let alone teenager, feel like s—. I mean, I’ve seen you do some pretty s—ty things, but you just keep amazing me with your tactless, asshole ways. It’s absolutely fascinating how much I don’t like you. I like everyone. I even like my asshole ex that cheated on me over you…which is pretty odd since I don’t even personally know you. The best part of this evening is that you weren’t even up for THIS award and yet you still have a problem with the outcome. Is winning a moon man that much of a life goal?? You can have mine if it will shut you up. Is it that important, really??

“I was actually nominated in the same category that Taylor won and I was excited for her…so why can’t you be?? I’m not even mad at you for being an asshole…I just pity you because you’re a sad human being.

“On a side note, Beyonce has always been a class act and proved again tonight that she still is. Go TEXAS!!

“Taylor Swift, you outsell him ….that’s why he’s bitter. You know I love your work! Keep it up girl! KC :)”

New Video: Kelly Clarkson - Already Gone

Kelly looks great in this video might I add. I saw a lot of people have commented on YouTube saying this song remind them of "Halo" by Beyonce. Do you agree? Mark your calenders! Kelly will be featured on "VH1 Divas" Live on September 17 on VH1.

VH1 Divas To Air In September

VH1 will bring back live concert event VH1 Divas by featuring some of pop music’s most talented female artists. Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis and Miley Cyrus will be featured. The VH1 Divas concert will be televised live on VH1 on Thursday, September 17 at 9/8c.

I would really like to know what is considered a diva to VH1. The last ones that were featured were Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston...I think Miley is wayyyy off from the other people featured.

Kelly Clarkson: I'm Not A Lesbian

Kelly Clarkson is setting the record "straight" about her sexuality.

"Just because I'm single and don't date a lot, that doesn't make me a lesbian," she tells "Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi in an "Entertainment Tonight" interview.

The Idol alum is responding to tabloid rumors about her being gay.

"I went to Europe and it was in the press everywhere and I was like, 'I don't get it. Was I sleep walking and kissed a girl and there's a picture or something?'" says the pop star.

What does she look for in a man: "A confident guy that has his own thing going on. Anyone that can make me laugh. Guys are usually so nervous, they don't talk. Every guy I've dated, I've worked with and we knew each other before."

Lay off Kelly! I like the fact she's single. All you hear about is her music and not her relationship drama.

Kelly Reveals She's A Hopeless Romantic

Kelly Clarkson has revealed that she is a "hopeless romantic" who cannot wait to fall in love.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan, the 'My Life Would Suck Without You' singer confessed that she has "never been in love" but is happy to continue waiting for the right man.

"I want to be [in love] so badly," she said. "I'm a hopeless romantic, but I haven't been there yet. I'd prefer to wait for the right one than settle for second best. I don't think I'd fall in love easily."

The 26-year-old, who won the first series of American Idol in 2002, explained that she has been unlucky in love in the past.

"I had a boyfriend, who I discovered was only with me because he wanted to be famous," she said. "Oh, and he also had a girlfriend the entire time we were together."

She added: "I can spot a cheat a mile off these days."

Who Wanted The Hit Song First?

AOL recently did a countdown of the Top 10 Hand Me Down songs. Here is the list of songs that were written by or given to a specific artists and they didn't want it so it was given to someone else who made it a hit:

10 "Disturbia"
(From Chris Brown to Rihanna)
Brown wrote this song for a rerelease of his 'Exclusive' album. Then Rihanna heard it, and when Brown agreed that it would work better as a female-oriented song, she took it -- to No. 1.

9. "Toxic"
(From Kylie Minogue to Britney Spears)
When offered first dibs, Minogue declined. She's probably still sore from kicking herself when 'Toxic' debuted in the U.K. at No. 1 the same week that she entered the chart four spots behind with the less memorable 'Red Blooded Woman.

8. "Miss Independent"
(From Destiny's Child to Christina Aguilera to Kelly Clarkson)
When Destiny's Child refused 'Miss Independent,' producer Rhett Lawrence brought it to Aguilera, who had a go at it but gave it up. It then fell into the lap of Clarkson, who turned it into a smash. Aguilera was naturally miffed about letting the song slip away, but she admitted that Clarkson nailed it.

7. "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing"
(From Celine Dion to Aerosmith)
What could Aerosmith possibly have in common with Dion, aside from big hair? The raucous rockers took this schmaltzy Diane Warren tune -- originally intended for the big-voiced pop balladeer -- and turned it into gold. Ten years after they hit big with 'Dude Looks Like a Lady,' they were singing like one themselves.

6. "Halo"
(From Leona Lewis to Beyonce)
Simon Cowell takes Lewis' career so seriously that the 'Idol' curmudgeon had this song composed expressly for his protegee. However, Lewis was too busy to record 'Halo,' so it wound up in the hands of Beyonce. Cowell was surely less than his usual jolly self when Beyonce hit big with it.

5. "Rock Your Body"
(From Michael Jackson to Justin Timberlake)
Superstar producers the Neptunes created this track for Michael Jackson's comeback album, 'Invincible,' but it didn't make the cut. Instead, Timberlake snared it and took it to the Top 5.

4. Since U Been Gone"
(From Pink to Hilary Duff to Kelly Clarkson)
Clarkson was America's first 'American Idol,' but she was third in line for this song. After Pink and Duff both gave it the thumbs down, Clarkson scooped it up and landed a No. 2 smash, proving she had staying power beyond reality TV.

3. "Gold Digger"
(From Shawnna to Kanye West)
West originally created 'Gold Digger' for hip-hop hopeful Shawnna's solo debut, but she rejected it. West reworked the lyrics for himself and then took 'Gold' platinum.

2. "Baby One More Time"
(From TLC to Britney Spears)
TLC were way too grown for teen pop when they were offered this song, opting for mature tracks like 'Waterfalls' instead. 'One More Time' became a career rocket-launcher for Spears, and it midwifed the rebirth of bubblegum.

1. "Umbrella"
(From Britney Spears to Rihanna)
Spears' streak ended when her label's execs stopped accepting songs for her album. The heavens opened instead for Rihanna, who made 'Umbrella' the biggest single in the world. It's one of three trash-picked tracks she has taken to No. 1, along with 'S.O.S' (passed on by Christina Milian) and 'Disturbia.

Quick Updates

Fans who buy premium seats online to No Doubt’s upcoming concerts will get a little something extra with their tickets — a download of the group’s entire catalog, seven albums plus a new song, “Stand and Deliver.”

“American Idol” is about to get a double dose of star power: Kanye West and Kelly Clarkson. The Grammy winners will share the stage as performers during Wednesday’s elimination show.

Amy Winehouse’s plans for a massive American comeback gig were shattered last night after she was denied a work visa. The troubled singer was due to play at the Coachella festival but was told her entry would be blocked because she has been charged with assaulting a fan.

A screenplay written by Tupac Shakur will hit theaters in 2010, Vibe reports. Live 2 Tell, which was to star Tupac, was penned by the rapper during his 1995 prison sentence. The plot revolves around an ex-drug dealer trying to get his life back on track. Afeni Shakur, the rapper’s mother, sold the script to Insomnia Productions, who will start casting in April.

Ashlee Simpson already has a guest spot on CSI:NY. Ashlee will soon have a spot on Melrose Place planned for the CW’s fall schedule. Simpson will play Violet, “a character whose disarming naivetĂ© masks the calculating, shrewd sex kitten within" according to Entertainment Weekly.

Rapper Coolio was busted late last week at LAX Airport on suspicion of possession of drugs, Reuters reports. Airport security found Coolio in possession of crack cocaine before he boarded his Southwest Airlines flight on Friday, March 6th.

Kelly Clarkson Builds Self Esteem

Kelly Clarkson spoke to pre-teen girls about self esteem, which was sponsored by Dove.

"No girl is perfect," Clarkson – who joked on her blog last month that "they Photoshopped the crap out of me!" on her sexy All I Ever Wanted cover image – told a group of Girl Scouts recently. "No girl wakes up every day and is like, 'I'm awesome!'"

"Just to let you know everyone in the magazines is Photoshopped! Beyoncé is one of the most beautiful girls in the world but she gets Photoshopped too. We're all human!"

Clarkson, 26, knows what it's like to have her body image picked apart. "It affected me when people were saying about me and some other artists that we were the 'thicker' ones," she tells PEOPLE. "I'd be a liar if I said I was always fine with it. But I'm wise enough by now to know that you're never going to please everyone so you may as well stop trying."

The one thing the Idol winner learned and stopped doing.. paying attention to gossip.

"I learned right then to stop reading press. Either you're going to get a big head or you'll get depressed and neither one is great. I don't buy magazines like that. Even if I'm not in them, it's just healthier to get away from that kind of thinking," she says. "It's horrible – they'll show celebrities with cellulite and it's like, 'Of course celebrities have cellulite! We're not fem-bots!'"

Clarkson says she's seen the effect of such body image scrutiny on friends in the public eye. "They melt down because of it," she says. "There is a lot of pressure."

But the singer, whose album All I Ever Wanted is due out March 10, says she's come to terms with it.
