Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon To Renew Their Vows

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon will say “I do” for the third time. Yes, the THIRD time. The couple is planning to renew their vows on April 30, their two year wedding anniversary. This made me laugh out loud. Why would you renew your vows and you've only been married for two years. Let the married life marinate. The rate Hollywood is going many people divorce sooner than that.

Nick told UsMagazine.com, “We get married every year! That’s our thing. So it’s going to be our third wedding this year. That’s what we’ll be doing on the actual [anniversary]…We’ll do something…A party or event, just to celebrate.”

Ummm.... does anyone think this is weird? Or am I the only one?

Nick also plans to get Mariah another ring, “This is the third ring I have to buy…It’ll be something different. Something good.”

Mariah Carey Parties With Kids For Christmas

Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon took a trip to Aspen, Colorado for Christmas. Earlier in the week Mariah shared her holiday spirit by throwing a party for 35 neglected kids. The singer rented out the Aspen Recreation Center on Monday afternoon and invited the kids under the care of the local child protection services department, for a party with magicians, entertainers, and storytellers.

This must be a tradition for Mariah, according to the Aspen Times, Mariah has been doing this for over 10 years.

He uses his smartphone to gather items requested by the diva. The assistant arrives at the hotel in record time, but finds that MC is already there! I love her hair curly!!

Is Mariah Not Ready To Release Her Next Album?

I don't know what's going on in the world of Mariah Carey but the longer you push this CD back your not going to feel ready. Mariah's album was pushed back once and now a second time. Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is set for release September 29. Do you think Mariah is scared to release this album? I think she should get a better single and then release the album. "Obsessed" is too studio for me. For someone so talented she is trying to do too much. Let that voice win people over. I learned yesterday through my NBC's Today show email that she pulled out of her Today show concert series performance. According to Rap-Up, she is pulling out of other appearances that surround her previous release date.

Mariah Carey, Usher, Jessica Simpson, Donald Trump, Martha Stewart, Queen Latifah, Tommy Hilfiger, and Emeril Lagasse are featured in the new Macy's commercial to help end hunger. Usher spoke about the commercial saying, “After hours, Macy’s employees as well as all of us carrying our [celebrity] brands come together and have a dinner.”

Mariah Performs On America's Got Talent

Mariah Carey performed her single “Obsessed” on Wednesday’s episode of “America’s Got Talent".

The performance was boring. I'm a fan of Mariah's mainly because she has amazing vocal talent. I don't know if it was my computer but she was drowned out by the music.

Mariah's Album Pushed Back

Mariah Carey's upcoming album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, has be rescheduled for September 15 release. The album was suppose to be released August 25. There are reports the album wasn't completed in time for its deadline.

On July 12 Mariah tweeted saying, “Can’t wait to get bc in the studio and finish up tomorrow. My deadline is asap, so if I don’t tweet much for a few days.. Pls forgive me.”

I guess she wasn't working fast enough.

Mariah Carey was just added to the Today Show's Summer Concert Series on the plaza. She'll perform on FRIDAY, AUGUST 28th.

Taylor Swift commented after the announcement she would be performing at the 2009 VMA's saying, “I’m so excited that MTV and the VMAs have invited me to perform, because I think this year’s show will be unlike anything they’ve ever done!” She added, “I love incorporating theatrics into my performances.”

The video will debut this Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST/PST on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” which is hosted by her husband Nick Cannon. The Jackson family announced the participants to attend Michael Jackson's funeral will include Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Usher, Lionel Richie, Kobe Bryant, Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer and Martin Luther King III.

Mariah tweeted about the cover saying, “The reason I chose to use 3 images for the cover is cos there are a lot of different emotions and stories revealed on this album.”

Mrs. Nick Cannon's 12 studio album is due to release August 25.

Mariah Fires Back At Eminem In New Song

Eminem made comments about Mariah so long ago. Mariah finally has something to say. Mariah's new single, "Obsessed" takes a shot at Eminem.

The-Dream who co-wrote the song said,“I don’t think anybody is going to expect her to come out punching like she is going to come out,” he said. “It’s going to light the blogs up too because you don’t know who she talking about, what she talking about, but she talking about something. Mariah Carey has a record, and somebody’s going to be very upset.”

Well who else would it be, The-Dream? The only person who picked first was Eminem.

The Detriot rapper has made comments in his songs about their alleged affair. In which Mariah has also said soemthing back in 2002 with a song called, "Clown" off Charmbracelet.

“You should have never intimated we were lovers/ When you know very well we never even touched each other,” she sang.

We just have to wait to hear what Mariah says on "Obsessed" (which is off her album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel) when it hits radio on Tuesday, June 16.
