Rappers Foxy Brown and Lil Kim aren't in prison but they are in trouble again. Publishers Simon & Schuster Inc. filed two lawsuits Thursday claiming the rappers were paid in advance for books that they didn't turn in. "We are disappointed that Simon & Schuster has made the decision to file this lawsuit," Kim's lawyer Bernard Jackson III said. "She has had every intention to fulfill her obligations under the agreement from day one but there were certain resources that are standard for any book publisher to provide that we felt were not available in order for her to complete the project. Many attempts have been made to resolve this matter privately by Kim and she still looks forward to doing so."
