Kelly Rowland Dropped From Label

Former DESTINY'S CHILD star KELLY ROWLAND has reportedly been dropped by her record label, just two months after firing her manager, former bandmate BEYONCE KNOWLES' dad.

Despite the fact her first two solo albums sold more than four million copies, British tabloid News of The World reports the Dilemma singer has been dumped by bosses at Columbia, because they fear she is "no longer commercially viable".

New Kids On The Block Tour Dates

Catch the New Kids on the Block live on stage. The group is launching the Full Service Tour, which kicks off May 28 in Atlanta. Starting April 3, tickets and VIP packages – which will include backstage BBQs with the guys – will be available. (Special $10 lawn seats will also be available for a limited time.)

Joining the tour are America's Best Dance Crew winners JabbawockeeZ, as well as other surprise guests. "Full service! You want it, you're gonna get it," member Donnie Walhberg says in the band's vlog.

T-Pain Back Onstage After Golf Cart Accident

T-Pain returned to the stage for his first public appearance since his golf-cart accident in San Antonio, Tex., on Friday.

T-Pain addressed the incident onstage at his I Am Music tour stop at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., on Sunday.

“There’s a lot of talk that I flipped over in a golf cart,” he told the audience. “That’s f***ing true.”

“It did happen like three days ago,” he went on to say. “My ass is on fire right now. My side hurt, my mouth hurt.”

Even though the King of Auto-Tune reportedly lost four teeth and cut his face, he remained in good spirits. “I bust my ass. I’d show you the marks, but I don’t wanna pull my pants down right now.”
T-Pain underwent surgery on his mouth after the accident on Friday.

T-Pain Involved In Golf Cart Accident

T-Pain has been hurt after a golf-cart accident in Texas.

According to Rap-Up.com that the 23-year-old singer, born Faheem Najm, was in an accident involving his golf cart earlier this week in San Antonio. T-Pain reportedly lost four teeth and received abrasions and bruises to his face. He will have to undergo surgery.

As a result, he was a no-show on the I Am Music tour with Lil Wayne in San Jose, Calif., on Friday night. He will also miss his Los Angeles show on Sunday.

The “Can’t Believe It” hitmaker was subsequently forced to cancel his appearance in Lil’ Kim’s “Download” video, which was filmed Saturday in West Hollywood. He will be added to the video once he recovers.

Mandy Moore surprised everyone when she tied the knot. and Mandy Moore is so happy now that she's wife of new hubby Ryan Adams.

Attending the Latisse launch Thursday (March 26), the actress/singer proudly opened up about married life.

"The best part about it is I get to hang out with my best friend every day," she told OK! magazine. "I'm very happy, very lucky."

Meanwhile, Miss Moore kept tight-lipped when it came to talking about honeymoon plans, saying, "I don't know. I'm sort of shy about answering questions about it. I'm trying to keep as much for myself, but things are good right now. It's nice to be home and relaxing and taking a bit of time off."

John Mayer Wasn't Bothered By JT's Impersonation

Justin was one of the first episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon guest and was asked to impersonate John Mayer.

JT sung Mayer's hit “Daughters”. The "SexyBack" singer said, “He has the most amazing solo face. Literally his tongue takes over.”

Although the joke had everyone around the water cooler talking the next day, Mayer has yet to see Timberlake’s take on him. “I didn’t see it,” he told MTV News at the One Splendid Evening event in California. “I have a weird thing. I can’t watch other people do my music.”
But, it doesn’t mean he’s offended by everyone laughing at him. It really doesn’t bother him at all. “I mean, I know the guy,” he said. “I’m sure it was [funny]. I didn’t feel any[thing].”

Coldplay To Take A Break After Tour

Coldplay, led by frontman Chris Martin, want to revamp their sound before heading back into the studio to record the follow-up to their 2008 album Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends.

And guitarist Johnny Buckland hopes the hiatus will keep their fanbase from tiring of them.

Buckland says, "We ended up doing much more touring than we originally planned so there's no time to do proper justice to a new project. And anyway people may need a bit of a break from us.

"We're taking a little break and let's see where we get after that. We've got a lot of ideas but we want to find a new way to go and that may take some time."

T.I Gets One Year Behind Bars

ATLANTA (AP) -- A judge sentenced rapper T.I. to one year and a day behind bars on federal weapons charges on Friday.

The 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, apologized at the hearing.

"Today I would like to say thank you to some, and apologize to all," the rapper told U.S. District Judge Charles Pannell Jr. at sentencing.

Harris pleaded guilty last March after he was arrested in 2007, attempting to buy unregistered machine guns and silencers. The arrest on Oct. 13 of that year occurred blocks from where he was to headline the BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta hours later.

He will have between 30 and 60 days to report to prison. Harris already has completed about 1,000 hours of community service and has warned youths about the pitfalls of guns, drugs, violence. He will need to complete 470 additional hours.

He had faced a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count, until he cut a deal and pleaded guilty last March to the federal weapons charge and was sentenced to one year and a day in prison.

Harris initially pleaded not guilty and was released on a $3 million bond before being placed under house arrest.

Ed Garland, one of his attorneys, said they are not sure where he will serve his sentence.

Harris agreed to community service to avoid a lengthy sentence. He has already made 262 public appearances as part of that deal.

Much of that work has been done with children. He was part of a major voting campaign and has an MTV reality show, "Road to Redemption," to scare teens straight.

Harris is one of the co-chief executives of Grand Hustle Records and one of Atlantic Records' most successful artists. His sixth album, "Paper Trail," has sold nearly two million copies. It also charted two smash No. 1 songs, and a third with Justin Timberlake is near the top of the charts.

T.I. said fear was the reason he tried to buy the guns. His best friend, Philant Johnson, was killed following a post-performance party in Cincinnati in 2006. A man was found guilty last year in the murder case.

Beyonce recruited Thierry Mugler. The singer was in love with his designs for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Superheroes exhibition. Mugler was hired to be her creative adviser for her world tour. 

Mugler explained, "Sasha Fierce is another aspect of Beyonce’s personality. She is Fierce on stage and Beyonce in real life. Justin Timberlake May or May Not Do Another Album

Justin Timberlake tells EW that he’s “not working” on new music right now. The singer who’s executive producing a new MTV reality competition series called The Phone (premiering April 21). JT has been hitting the studio lately, but only to produce tracks for other artists, like T.I. (“Dead and Gone”) and Ciara (“Love Sex Magic”).

“Right now, I like the idea that things can just kind of pop up and if they feel right I can do them,” says Timberlake. “Committing to my own sort of project, that’s like, ‘Okay, let me block out two years of my life and do it.’ I was heavily fulfilled with the last one and I always have this thing with myself that if I can’t sleep because I need to do it, then I’m gonna do it. But if I’m not losing sleep over it then…”

When he does finally get to work on new material what can we expect? No one is really sure but Timberlake is currently listening to rock music. “I mean, I listen to everything,” he says. “I’ve been going back and forth between Kings of Leon’s latest album and the Black Keys. I really love their Attack and Release. I thought that was a really great record. And of course Radiohead. It’s a constant. I enjoy In Rainbows in the morning.”

According to WOJ, Bill Hader confirmed the last four hosts of the season. Justin Timberlake was mentioned for May 9th.

After Diddy fired D. Woods and Aubrey on the season finale of Making The Band, rumors swirled that the other girls hated O’Day.

If you remember that episode, Dawn said the girls simply didn’t get along. Right after the show was released gossip magazines had quotes of Dawn criticizing Aubrey for an “obnoxious [magazine] cover,” in reference to her appearance on Complex magazine.

Dawn told FoxNews a different story, “I hate when people put me and Aubrey against each other. That’s the thing that makes me maddest. I’ve had the best times with these girls … I would never wish any ill will on someone who helped me fulfill my dreams. Good for her with Playboy … my comments, her comments, they don’t always have to mean more than what they are.”

“These girls helped me achieve my dream … that is deeper than just a friend or colleague,” she said.

N.E.R.D. and Jesse McCartney will perform at one of the free concerts during Final Four weekend in Detroit.

The NCAA and the local organizing committee announced Tuesday the final musical headliners for the event, which will take place Friday-Sunday, April 3-5, on the city's riverfront.

N.E.R.D. will headline Friday's concert, which will feature Jesse. Saturday's lineup features the Pussycat Dolls and Gavin DeGraw. On Sunday, "American Idol" star Ryan Seacrest will host the day's activities, including performances from Fergie, Staind and Gym Class Heroes

Keri Hilson's debut album, In A Perfect World, was reviewed let's see what critics think:

Entertainment Weekly: [Keri Hilson] gracefully emerges from behind the scenes with In a Perfect World…, a seductive debut CD full of slick, radio-friendly cuts. B+

The New York Times: The excellent “Slow Dance” sounds like a mid-1980s Prince ballad, sparkly and psychedelic, and the album’s high point, “Alienated,” is an alluring cloud-covered plea to an ex in which Ms. Hilson alternates between singing and a sort of whispered rap.

Los Angeles Times: Compared with Keyshia Cole’s and Trina’s typically fiery turns in “Get Your Money Up,” Hilson comes off like somebody Polow hired as an in-studio chaperon. She fares much better in the handful of cameo-free cuts, such as “Make Love.” 2 out of 4

Newsday: The Ciara-like ballad “Make Love” seems to go on forever, especially following the similarly too-long, too-drawn-out “Slow Dance.” Hilson clearly has a lot of potential, as she showed with her breakthrough with Timbaland. But aside from a few well-crafted moments, In a Perfect World… doesn’t come close to fulfilling it. B-

People claiming to be friends of the actress have told Star magazine that she finished the affair after discovering John Mayer, spent hours on Twitter.

A source claimed Aniston decided Mayer was not committed enough to her and called time on their romance having found hourly updates on his Twitter page.

The source said: "John suddenly stopped calling her or returning her emails and when she would finally catch up with him, he'd say: 'I've been so busy with work. I'm sorry I haven't had time to call you back."

The source added: "Jen was fuming. There he was, telling her he didn't have time for her and yet his page was filled with Twitter updates.

"Every few hours, sometimes minutes, he'd update with some stupid line."

"He took the break-up like a man." Even so, shortly after Aniston's call, Mayer's Twitter update read: 'This heart didn't come with instructions.'

British singer Natasha Bedingfield has gotten married in Malibu.
People Magazine reports the pop songstress wed California businessman Matthew Robinson in a 30-minute outdoor ceremony overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Saturday.
About 150 guests watched Bedingfield walk down the aisle in a Vera Wang dress beside the chateau at the Church Estates Vineyards.

Guess What M.I.A. Named Her Son

According to the birth certificate obtained by TMZ, Maya Arulpragasam has named her first child Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman. It was earlier said to be Ickitt before the Oscar nominee denied the reports on her MySpace page.

Edgar is the first name of M.I.A.’s father-in-law Edgar Bronfman, Jr., the father of her fiancé Benjamin Brewer and CEO of Warner Music Group. Arular is her father’s political title and the name of her debut album.

TMZ also noted that M.I.A’s birth date is listed as July 18, 1975 on the certificate, which makes her really 33 instead of 31 as previously noted.

She wrote on her blog: "Jeremy Scott is one of my all time favourites and he shot the pictures while I got to prance around in his creations. I had a chimp on set with me that day. Fun fact, she peed all over me, I had to take a silkwood shower in the middle of shooting."

According to Luxist, the 41,000-square-foot French limestone mansion features Italian marble walls, French limestone floors, gold-embossed leather wall coverings, gold-leaf crown moldings, a ballroom with ceiling frescoes, a library complete with rare books, two kitchens, and a screening room with seating for 50.

Michael Jackson Wants Top Music Stars To Collaborate On Album

Michael Jackson is hoping to collaborate with Justin Timberlake and Rihanna on material for a new album, it's been reported.

The singer is said to be considering releasing a new record to coincide with his comeback shows in London this summer.

According to the News of the World, will.i.am and Ne-Yo are both involved in the project, while rapper Kanye West has submitted tracks for Jackson to consider.

Last week, Randy Phillips, chief executive of AEG Live, said Jackson would release a new single before he begins his residency at the O2 Arena on July 8th.

“Michael has got some new music and he is looking for a new way of disseminating his material to his fans,” Mr. Phillips said.

More than one millions tickets for Jackson's comeback gigs were sold last week. The residency will run until the end of February 2010.

Justin Timberlake To Help Launch New Tequila Brand

Justin Timberlake is the new face of tequila? The singer and budding businessman is launching a new brand of tequila named 901.

In development for more than two years, the liquor will hit store shelves in early May in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and St. Louis.

The reason behind the numeric name? "901 is that time of night when your evening is ending, but your night is just beginning. It is also a subtle nod to his hometown," says the singer's spokesperson, referring to the area code for Memphis, where Timberlake grew up.

The new venture is the latest addition to Timberlake's growing business portfolio, which includes the fashion line William Rast and the music label Tennman.

Weezy's Rock Album Pushed Back

Lil Wayne’s first rock album, Rebirth, has been pushed back to June 9th. It was previously scheduled to go head-to-head with Eminem’s Relapse and Busta Rhymes’ Back On My B.S. on May 19.

The album’s second single, “Hot Revolver,” was released to iTunes on Tuesday.

Maybe the label pushed it back because it sounds like garbage.

Pussycat Dolls To Re-Release Doll Domination

The Pussycat Dolls will re-release their sophomore album Doll Domination next month with four new songs.

Doll Domination 2.0 contains 10 tracks, including the previously released “Jai Ho! (You Are My Destiny)” featuring Slumdog Millionaire composer A.R. Rahman, “Top of the World” from MTV’s “The City,” the Rodney Jerkins-produced “Painted Windows,” and the remixed “Hush Hush; Hush Hush” with vocals from Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive.”

Other songs on the rerelease include the Doll Domination hits “When I Grow Up,” “I Hate This Part,” and “Bottle Pop,” as well as fan favorites “Halo,” “Takin’ Over the World,” and “I’m Done.”

Doll Domination 2.0 will release April 14.
