Demi Lovato, Sunny With A Chance star, just purchased a house in Toluca Lake, Cali. Demi's new neighbors are Hilary Duff and Vanessa Hudgens. We can't forget Miley and Ashley Tisdale are only a few blocks away. Why so many Disney stars in one location? Demi's house is only 5 minutes from Burbank where Disney studios is located. Demi dropped $1.88 million on this beautiful place.
