Madonna has purchased a $40 million townhouse in New York City’s Upper East Side. Madge just closed a deal on a four-story, Georgian-style townhouse on East 81st Street.
“The townhouse is perfect for Madonna,” a source revealed in Tuesday’s edition of The NY Post. “She’s trying to recreate London in New York City, and this is in the style of a London townhouse.”
The 26-room mansion boasts 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
