Z100's 2009 Zootopia concert took over the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ on Saturday. Ciara, Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Clarkson Flo Rida, Soulja Boy, The All American Rejects and Jessie McCartney took the stage. Flo Rida & Soulja Boy offered to show some skin during their performances.
