Chris Brown Pleads Guilty & Must Stay Away From Rihanna

Chris Brown was in a L.A. courtroom today. The singer pleaded guilty to on count of felony assault on Rihanna.

The 20 year old will receive five years of probation, 180 days of community service in his homestate of Virginia, and be required to attend domestic violence classes.

“I think it’s commendable you took responsibility for your conduct,” Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told Brown. “[I hope] the terms and conditions of your probation will have some meaning,” she continued, ensuring that Brown “was treated as any other person who comes through this court.”

The judge also told Chris he is required to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna. If the two are at industry events then he must stay 10 yards from her. RiRi and Breezy are not to interact at all and if he doesn't follow his probation terms then he can get four years in prison.

Rihanna was in attendance today. Chris is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
