I'm super excited I have two new artists to talk about. First this post about Marina Chello. This singer/songwriter is originally from Uzbekistan and learned English from singers Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Celine Dion. Marina took years of voice and music classes to hone her skills and impressed producer and Bad Boy Records President Harve Pierre.
Marina has a pretty voice, great control of her notes and would be perfect for ballads like Mariah Carey is. Her first single "Sideline" (featured below) is a pop slow jam mixed with R&B elements. Her debut album, What's Done Is Done, will be released on Crazy Joint and Bad Boy.
The coolest fact I heard about Marina is she grew up singing in Russian, Spanish, and Italian.
