After DJ AM's untimely death it was said he was working on a documentary about young addicts. The series “Gone Too Far” is a one-hour, seven-episode series hosted and created by the DJ. The show follows young addicts between the ages of 20-25 in the grip of addiction who are offered a chance at recovery. With the consent of AM’s family, MTV will air the series on Monday, October 12th at 10pm ET/PT.
Each episode features DJ AM meeting with the addicts, friends and families to explore their willingness to change. The documentary will feature interviews and self-shot videos from the addicts and their families. Along the road to recovery, Adam made the time to see how their rehabilitation was progressing, providing a raw and honest look at their new sobriety.
