Laura Bell Bundy Wants You In Her Video

Country newcomer Laura Bell Bundy is hosting a contest. It's pretty easy, watch her new video for "Giddy On Up" (below). Learn the dance and film yourself doing the best version of the Giddy On Up dance (about 60 seconds) and post to YouTube. Fill out the entry form with a link to the YouTube vid. Once all that is done you wait. Laura will be the judge and the winners will be notified early March. FIVE winners will win a trip to Nashville in March 2010 and dance in a special re-shoot of the "Giddy On Up" video to air on CMT.

Country's Newest Singer: Laura Bell Bundy

Laura Bell Bundy got her big start in Broadway musicals playing Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, Glinda in Wicked and Amber Von Tussle in Hairspray. The Kentucky-born performer is now taking on the country music scene.

Her upcoming album, Achin’ and Shakin’, isn’t out for a few months but the video to her fun first single “Giddy On Up” was just released. Check it out HERE and you can buy the song on iTunes. Laura Bell penned all but one of the songs on Achin’ and Shakin’, which is essentially two separate albums. Achin' is a collection of slow and sultry country songs — and Shakin’, a group of sassy songs that are equal parts humor, confidence and attitude.
