Lady Gaga will head to Washington DC to attend the National Equality March. Gaga has always been an avid supporter of gay rights, and now she is calling her fans to take action and lend their support!
The National Equality March is scheduled for October 11, 2009. The march begins at 12:00 noon and the rally at approximately 2:00 pm on the West Lawn of the Capitol Building.
The singer was quoted saying, “This march is a call to action for all people from all over the country to gather to march to be visible as one and to speak out and demand full equal rights for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered citizens in all 50 states.”
